The corporate governance team at OBH Partners has built up significant expertise in advising on the governance and compliance obligations introduced by the Companies Act 2014 and works closely with clients to help create and implement their corporate governance procedures. The team advises on matters such as compliance with stock exchange codes of practice, market abuse and transparency regulations, corporate responsibility, director/shareholder conflict and Central Bank corporate governance codes and more. We also advise on industry-specific compliance in areas such as banking, natural resources, telecoms, healthcare, and technology.
